With a floor space of 120 square meters, Viric DS offers space for up to 4 people. According to arrangement, there is the option to order one additional bed (a standard bed (90x200 cm), no sofa bed!). The house has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The property is completely fenced in and the garden is for your exclusive use, i.e. you can let your dog run around relaxed in the garden. Parking spaces are within the fence in front of the house.

Washing machine, bed linen and WiFi are also available.

The holiday home is located on the 2nd line from the beach and is only 35 meters away from the beach that can be seen in the pictures above. In 500 meters you can also reach a sandy beach, which is officially designated as dog beach.

The location of the house offers optimal opportunities to relax and enjoy the sea and the beaches far away from the hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, the center of Vir is less than 4 km away.

No, Viric DS is a non-smoking household.

Yes, dogs are welcome in Viric DS. Since you have the house and the fenced garden for your sole use, you can let your dog run around in the garden without worries. However, possible legacies from your four-legged friend should be removed.

We charge a fee of 10 EUR/day/ dog due to the increased cleaning effort.

• Pets: EUR 10.00/day/ pet

For a binding reservation, a deposit of 30% must be paid to our account. 70% as well as the deposit and costs for the final cleaning are to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Arrival and departure is usually on Saturdays or alternatively by arrangement.
